I couldn't of asked for more amazing experience. In fact, as Tina Turner once said this was 'Simply the Best'. Matt got to work just 1 hour after we signed the paperwork, and after only 2 days had the property under contract before it had even gone online. Unfortunately the contract didn't proceed as the buyers pulled out but that didn't phase Matt as he had a plan. His exact words: "We have a few buyers circling at a price you were willing to accept but lets launch on realestate.com.au as this will create more urgency and push the price up as the buyers don't want to think they will miss out". Matt read the situation like a book and it is clear to me that he is the best in the west! When I first started looking for an agent it came down to Matt and one other agent. To be fair it was a really close call and a toss of a coin as to which one I picked. Matt was transparent and upfront from the start and in the end I picked him to list my property with. I have no regrets about this decision.
