We found Matt to be very professional and knowledgeable about the Kenmore market area and the approach in selling our house. Due to the approach adopted by Place, Matt and Josh we were very happy with the outcome and the quick sale from the time we put our home onto the market to the date it was sold. Matt and Josh were very good in communicating and keeping us up to date including providing any offers received, open house day attendance numbers, hits received / viewed on the website, potential buyers and generally providing feedback and suggestions throughout the process of the sale. Should we buy and or sell in the future would utilise Matt and Josh from Place.
