Purchase of 46 Hakea Crescent, Chapel Hill - Matt O'Neill

Back in August 2023 we purchased the above mentioned property through Matt O'Neill. The property ticked all what we have been looking for at the time. It was a quick sale and purchase. We came, we saw and we agreed to purchase all in one day - subject of course to due diligence checks etc etc! Matt was kind, courteous, professional and knowledgeable.
