Really friendly and a great approach. Matt and the team had a great strategy and were ready to pivot as things developed. They listened and incorporated our input for a great outcome. The house is not standard, a battleaxe with unusual layout, difficult access to the backyard and a few other quirks, but Matt and the team were able to sell it for a good price in a difficult market within 4 weeks. My wife and I really loved working with the Ray White Oatley team, and if I had more houses to sell I would definitely sell it with them.

We couldn't have hoped for a better agent!! Matt was fantastic! As we had moved my mum to a residential care home a few hours from the selling property, Matt just took charge and got everything done. During the campaign, Matt and the rest of the Ray White team were incredibly professional and they made the end-to-end selling process really easy.
