As a buyers agent I deal with and have dealt with hundreds of sales agents across Sydney and I can say not all agents are the same. Legally agents are bound to their clients (the vendors) this doesn't mean they cant be transparent and integral in their dealings for the mutual benefit of both buyer and seller.
