There was a major repair to the property which had not been completed, and my Rental Manager and Strata were not working efficiently to resolve the repair. Without hesitation or delay, Matt stepped in and worked directly with the tenants and tradesperson to complete the repairs quickly, having the property ready for inspection. Outstanding service! Matt kept me up-to-date on a regular basis and was always honest and upfront, and ensured we were aligned in our expectations. We reached a great result, with a successful sale before auction.
