A genuine, honest and warm person without the sales crap that i dispise. Spot on with his evaluation and securing a price at the top end of his band. Couldn't be happier with the sales price, the communication and the overall interaction with Matt. All of which wouldn't be possible without a genuine feeling of honesty and integrity which you don't always get or feel with some agents.
