Matt was professional, knew the market and communicated with me all through the process. There are a lot of bad agents out there and a few good ones. Matt Plunkett definitely falls into the "good" category. I would definitely use Matt again and would recommend him to any one who is selling in his market.

Travis and I were looking for a house for 6 months before purchase. Matt is the only agent I would rate (regardless of the fact we actually did purchase the home he was covering) Matt has iintegrity and when you are looking for a home you just want someone who will be honest with no bullshit. Matt is able to relate to people and give sound advise. If we were ever to purchase another property or sell our property I would be contacting Matt because he is honest and can see that people are coming to properties because they are looking for a property (not because they want to tell you life story so you can find out how much money they have). I guess when you look at a property the agent might not know background. I was horrified to see the judgement that a lot of agents placed on young people or people that didn't look reasonsble but we're probably hardworking. The agents didn't give these people the time of day even if it was out of their price range. Travis and I love our home together here in Newtown. Matt and Sophie are generally great people and it shows that they want to address both the buyer and the sellers needs. Thank you to Matt and Sophie.
