Matt has been an extremely helpful agent from our first inspection right through to settlement. Communication is prompt and to the point; he is also very friendly and made my husband and I feel at ease with what was our very first property purchase. When a change needed to be made to our contract, Matt Pyle went over and above by driving 1/2 hour to our home just so we could initial changes to get the sale moving quickly. Highly recommend!
Matt was right with the program from the get go. Having dealt with him in the past the he was very knowledgable on current market conditions in our area - pretty sure this is what lead to our house selling so quickly!! Couldn't be happier.
Matt was pleasant to deal with however Clark Next RE have an unusual system where you become someone's "buyer" if they take you through a property. Then that same sales agent takes you through any other Clark Next RE properties that you might be interested in, but they may not be the listing agent. This creates communication issues as you have one sales agent going through the listing sales agent, who then contacts the vendor. I don't think this is a good system at all.
Matt has a great sense of humour and his friendly approach was appreciated. He has a good knowledge of the local market and he is prepared to chase clients to secure a sale. He provided immediate feedback after taking clients to view my property. I would recommend him to anyone wanting a good all rounder, to either buy or sell a property.
