On our initial visit to an open house we where greeted by Matt who come across as a friendly down to earth person. He took his time to explain all aspects of the property we where viewing and all our questions where answered in detail. We left the open house feeling excited that we have potentially found our dream home. Matt's follow up phone call was of a genuine nature and at no point did we feel over pressured to make a decision there and then.
