When we decided to go ahead to sell our property we contacted two local agents. Neither we thought were suitable. A third party referred Matt to us. He contacted us and paid us a visit. Not sure where to start, except to say Matt has been brilliant throughout this whole process and then some. This is the second property Matt has sold for us over the last few years, the first being an Estate home on behalf of my family, a difficult process and sale but Matt took it on with excellent results for our family. Because of the complexity of the sale, prior to Matt, I had Agents that were not interested in assisting us in selling Mums property (which I thought I’d never hear). Matt confidently and reassuringly stuck with us throughout the process. So when it came to our property there was no question which agent we would use.
