He was helping me to sell my Mortlake home and because the price was not ideal so we took it back and he helped us find a very good tenants with no issue . Re-Max weren’t a local agent to Mascot. They had been “court appointed” not by my side either. However Matt & his co-worker Rosa, couldn’t have been more bipartisan, professional, pleasant and easier to work with. Given the state of the market that they were given the property to deal with I think they did as good if not better than a real estate that is Mascot priority driven.
