Matt sincerely looked around the house, had knowledge of structural changes, gave us invaluable information about the area and its current vibe and exactly what he thought would be best for the sale and for us to think about. None of us were in NSW once the house was emptied and cleaned and every call I made to Matt was sorted immediately, his service and especially advice, was so helpful, he guided this ship with sheer brilliance.
