Matt doesn’t just want to sell houses. He wants to find you the right house even if it’s through another agent. He listens to what you are looking for and goes out of his way to try and find it. Being interstate Matt always had time on the phone for my and nothing was too much trouble. He organised some video walk throughs of places and gave recommendations of everything from trades to conveyancers. Matt came across as very positive and professional but his estimate was significantly higher which initially made us wonder whether it was just inflated to get the listing.
