The best, no question!

We have used Scarce Real Estate to both manage our rental property and sell 2 of our properties, I wouldn't trust anyone else! Their appraisals were spot on each time and they didn't sugar coat anything, they gave the best honest advice on how to prepare our second property for sale and after each open, Matt called us straight away with the result. Both properties sold well before our neighbours at the time. I have seen friends go through the sales experience with other agents and I have heard such stressful situations, but we haven't had that at all, I can't recommend them more and will always go with Scarce Real Estate, no question!
