Matt impressed us at our first meeting, during an appraisal of our property a year before we put it on the market. His knowledge of the local market is excellent, and his appraisal honest and well researched. His knowledge of the school zones and potential buyers informed our decision on timing the marketing of our property. His knowledge of what buyers wanted, resulted in us achieving a sale price which greatly exceeded any of our expectations. Matt is quiet, genuine and while he did refer us to a staging service, he was not pushy and did not present inflated advertising proposals. We did meet several other agents to discuss the sale, however Matt was the stand out. We made the right decision our property sold at the first open for an amazing price.
