Matt Sergeant

I have recently purchased a property from Harcourts Sergeant and was disgusted to arrive and my newly purchased house to find the green yard i thought i had purchased was no longer among many other issues left for me by the Vendor and the agent, the contract i singed clearly stated the vendor had to keep the property maintained. I phoned the agent and asked what happened only to be told it was not there problem and they where not going to do any thing to help. so please be very careful purchasing any property from Harcourts Sergeant as you will most likely be walking in to the same horrible situation that I have please share and let people know so they can not continue to allow vendors to do this to purchasers.

This was our first experience with Matt and Amanda and it was excellent. Their professionalism, tips to improve our property for sale and overall support reduced our stress, making the whole process seamless.
