I would describe Matt as determined to get the absolute best outcome for you and very capable of succeeding at that, while still being a genuine, good person, so if you want an excellent agent he is your guy. Matt more than stepped up to the task of selling a property for me under somewhat difficult circumstances and I am very happy to recommend him. In the process he listened and took on board my circumstances, was considerate, respectful, professional, courteous, and also up for a laugh. Nothing was too much trouble and he was not pushy. He can guage the market extremely well, will work hard to connect with potential clients and get the best price, is transparent in his communication and makes a genuine effort to work in with seller, buyer and tenants. Matt is an agent I would look for again in future.
