Exceeded all expectations!

We recently sold our place with Matt and honestly couldn’t be happier with how it all went. From day one, his communication was spot on — always clear, quick to respond, and happy to answer any questions we had (and there were plenty). He guided us through the whole process with confidence and calm, which made everything feel a lot less stressful than we expected. The marketing campaign was fantastic — professional, well-targeted, and clearly effective. We had 38 groups come through the first (and only!) open home, and ended up with 16 offers on the table in the first 48 hours. The result far exceeded our expectations, both in terms of the price and the experience. Matt was a total pro, but also really down to earth and easy to work with.
