Matt at the start of the process delivered a clear outline of the sale and auction process without any false expectations of price. If anything, he was conservative about the state of the market and what we might achieve in terms of a sale. At the conclusion of each open, he communicated the number of attendees and interested parties. After one very immediate and very good offer, he offered professional counsel and let me make the decision to accept or not. Matt was always happy to take a call whoever there was a query.
