Matt had a tough sell from the start, interest rates had just started to move and tenants were in the property, the market was quiet. The house needed a lot of work. It took a while to sell but we got there in the end with a higher price than I was expecting. Thanks Matt-great job mate:-)

Matt was articulate, honest, professional, on time and just goes the extra mile. The photography and video were of top class and even the sign out the front was a WOW sign...not just a "for sale" sign. Even our fussy experienced in home selling adult children, were very impressed with what he did for us. He had brochures for us, mats at the front door, and the little signs around the house to remind possible buyers of the little extras the home had that might not have been evident in walking around were excellent! He always made sure house was "ready" for sale at each open house. He remained positive and never tried to talk our price down even when the election, rain and talk of increased loan rates started to hit the media. We have bought also in the area with a different agent and the different approach to selling a home was far more professional than we found with the agent selling our next home.
