From the moment we first met Matt he was always more than happy to answer all our questions and assist us with anything we needed. The whole buying process was wonderfully smooth thanks to Matt and we couldn’t be happier with our new forever home, thank you Matt you have been awesome!

Our experience of Matt is that he is professional and highly competent. Energy and enthusiasm are his trademark .He has an acute knowledge of the market and also marketing psychology. We are so glad that we engaged Matt as our marketing agent. A great bloke to work with.

Matt was the perfect agent to sell our home. He was spot on when we asked what he would recommend we do in preparation, he listened and let us do things without any pressure in our own time, and then when we were ready to get it on the market he went above and beyond. From the little reminders of the features throughout at the open home, to the attention to details in the marketing, we were very impressed. Highly recommend Matt to anyone in Mt Cotton & surrounds looking to sell.

Matt provided a personal and responsive service his knowledge of the property market is top rate and he gave great tips on how to prepare and present our home for buyers

Matt is honest, kind, thoughtful and patient. After a hassle free house purchase with Matt many moons ago, he was the first person we sought out to sell our property. His local knowledge is next level and his passion for his career is evident, with his great communication, enthusiasm and he achieved a great result on the property. We highly recommend using Matt Tennant. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Firstly I can confirm that I have now been a Vendor and buyer and can honestly compliment Matt on bot sides of the fence. Matt handled us at the time of purchase with great respect and prompt replies on any questions we had at the time. Upon selling the same property Matt kindly did a walk through of the property and gave excellent guidance on where the property could be improved. The sale of the house was handled in complete professionalism. thank you Matt. Kind regards Lourens Grobler

Matt provided first class service and accurate market guidance for my recent sale of vacant land, at a very fair price. He went above and beyond to secure a great price for the sale and was always timely in his correspondence. I have no hesitation in recommending Matt to assist with your next sale.

From our first contact with Matt, we found him to be very easy to deal with. He has a very professional approach and knew the market well. Nothing was too much trouble and our sale was faster than expected.

Matt sold us our present home 5 years ago. Once we had made up our minds to sell, and move to the Sunshine Coast, Matt immediately came to mind. Matt again showed his talents in not only correctly appraising the price that we should go to Market, but also putting to us a marketing plan that best suited our property. Success in the 8 days !!!!. We would certainly recommend Matt to anyone thinking of selling or buying. Matt is genuine, professional, and follows up on any promises he may make. His communication skills are excellent, and he constantly kept us up to date, on all activities pertaining to the "open house" enquiries.

Matt is a true professional. From our initial meeting with Matt, it was clear that he had the local knowledge, sales experience and a clear plan on how to market our home. He made some suggestions as to a few simple things to do to our property to get the best result. Once all was in place he followed through on his plan and after less than two weeks on the market, he brought us 11 offers and we sold setting an estate record. If you are looking to sell, Matt is your man.

We were extremely happy with Matt. We found him incredibly reliable and always prompt replying to our emails. He was also calm in what can be a stressful situation (selling your biggest asset!) and nothing was too much trouble.
