I have sold a few properties over my life time and feel that Matt is the best that I have ever dealt with. He makes you feel completely comfortable in his presence and you get the impression that he is genuinely trying to do his best for you. I would recommend Matt to anyone who wishes to sell their house. John Wadley.
When we decided to sell our place we knew Matt Tennant was the agent for us. His knowledge of the area is second to none and his incredible negotiation skills and communication put us at ease. We are very thankful for Matt's honesty and reliability in the successful sale of our house and will always pass on Matt's name to our friends and family looking to buy/sell real estate in the Redlands area.
We have sold and bought seven houses and never have we dealt with someone so professional and committed to their client. Matt has been the true professional, his knowledge and commitment to achieving the best result we have never seen before. Matt provided excellent advice and guidance throughout the entire process. Having first met Matt as buyers four years ago when we came to sell for us it was a “no brainer”, the lasting impression four years later made our decision easy. Thank you Matt for the outstanding job and your name will always be first when it comes to realestate.
Hi, I found matt to be a very genuine and honest agent. His knowledge and passion for Redland Bay sets him miles ahead of other agents. He had a contract for me in 2 weeks in the higher end of the market, which I believe is an excellent result. Thanks Matt and First National Redland Bay.
Mat is easy to deal with and his no bull straight shooting approach to his manner is a welcome change. We have both purchased and now sold a property with Matt and both transactions have been both seamless and easy. Matt achieved a sale on our property both quickly and for the top of our expected price. His support team at First National were also fantastic and kept us informed of everything as soon as it happened. We will use Matt again and would recommend anyone considering buying or selling in the Redland’s talk to him before going to market. Thanks Matt & the team at First National
As my first purchase, hubby's second, Matt made everything so very easy. He kept us informed every step of the way and even gave a beautiful gift when we picked up the keys. Thank you so much!
Matt has just sold a second property for us and it was such a smooth transition. The house didn’t even make to the first open as he sold it on the first viewing. He is very good at closing the deal. We would highly recommend him to anyone
Matt was pro-active all the way. He gave us good advice which we followed regarding presentation of house and kept us informed at every step.
Geoff and I had a wonderful experience buying our new property through Matt. Matt was always professional prompt and personable. Highly recommend
We decided to sell our home just as we were leaving on a six week holiday. Matt handled everything from our first meeting and kept in touch with us regularly even though we were traveling. The second week of our holiday we received a call from Matt advising that the house was sold. The whole process was effortless and made easy by the way Matt handled the process and achieved a great result.
