Matt sold our house in three days of hitting the market, and for the asking price of 1,125,000.00, in a market that was below average. When National Office came through for stock day and valued it, it was much less, at $1, 029,000. I was disappointed, but Matt asked me how I felt, and I suggested offers over 1,125,000.00 in three days he got an offer for $1,125,000. Put our house on sunset clause made an offer on the House we Purchased, also being Matt's listing, and they accepted it straight out at $1,260,000. when they were asking $1,250,000. offers over. it was smooth transitions on both ends by Matt. Both my husband and I were not only impressed by Matt's knowledge of property and the local area, but also how he was so supportive the whole way through from signing the contract to settlement. We had a a delay at settlement (through no fault of our own, or Matt's) and he came in to bat for us like a shining knight on a white horse. His support was like no other we've ever experienced. He goes all out to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. He is genuine, kind and a good bloke with a big heart. Highly, highly recommended.
