Don't normally bother to write positive reviews, but this one of those rare service experience that really warrants it, I can highly recommend Graczyk Thompson. Matt Thompson handled the forced sale of my apartment, within collapsing unit market. His persistence to hold out for the right buyer after many opens, and to then maximise the price, went well beyond my expectations. It was far from a straightforward settlement due conditions around 2 other sales. Throughout that complexity I was kept well informed every step of the way and when decisions were required I always presented with a recommendation and an alternative option.
