After having the property on the market with another agent for over 6 months and not receiving any feedback, we were pretty animate that we weren’t going to sell the property. I contacted Matt Viney from LJ Hooker Wingham and from the first initial meet Matt was professional, feedback was 100% and he was just so easy to talk too not just about the sale of our house but also helped with the purchase of our new property.
