Matt was really helpful from the outset by being thoughtful and not pressuring me in any way. He helped me understand the selling process and how to get the best out of my property. He even went as far as doing a quick vacuum and dust so that the photos were just right! He was also very approachable and timely with his communication and updates and did excellent behind the scenes negotiating to present me with fantastic offer options.

Matt was aware of our circumstances re. a vacant lot we owned that was not on the market. He had sold our adjoining allotment the previous year. Mat had a buyer who was desperate to buy a premium lot and didn’t mind paying a premium price to get it. Our land was the best around. Matt pre-conditioned the buyer who then presented a very attractive cash offer. We accepted. Probably the easiest commission Matt ever earned but he was well aware of our requirements and worked with the Buyer to achieve our needs. Matt is a smart guy who listens. He works to bring both buyers and sellers together. A painless and satisfactory experience. Job done. Matt is highly recommended.
