My brother and I suddenly had the difficult task of selling Mums much loved home she built and lived in for 24yrs. We had a lot of work to do in a short space of time and didn’t want to have to deal with any over the top all show and no go real estate salespeople ! We read Matt’s reviews for the area and made the call to meet up. We were going to chat with a couple of other local agents as well but after we met Matt at Mums house we quickly summed up that he was the one that was going to make our life easier helping us through the process so we signed up without hesitation. His quiet nature and no pushy attitude made us feel very comfortable around him during the meeting like an old trustworthy friend. Throughout the whole process from the awesome marketing campaign to his professional, up front and honest communication we couldn’t have been happier. His advice was realistic, he guided us throughout the sale with such ease, nothing was a problem and achieved an expedient sale with a price way above our expectations!
