If I could give Matt a higher rating for his services I would. He was prompt, attentive and very informing of every step. Matt was very communicative throughout and could not have done more for me, he made as much time as I needed, and did a fantastic job with the sale. We also dealt with Matt regarding the property we purchased and can say that I have never had a better agent to deal with on either side of a property sale/purchase. Thanks again, I will not hesitate to recommend you to anybody in the area wishing to sell their home.
