Very professional and friendly

Matt has sold two of our homes now - one in The Ponds and the other in The Gables. We were so impressed with the marketing campaign - it was so professional (we especially loved the video they produced)! Both Matt and his team are extremely talented and very friendly! Both of our sales were enjoyable processes - both selling within 3 weeks and we were thrilled with the price both times. Matt knows his stuff - he comes to the very first meeting having done market research already and was able to provide realistic price guides.
