18 months prior to selling our house we met Matt through house inspections. We were very impressed with the way he conducted himself. Shortly after we bought a property and began a development. I contacted Matt as soon as we took possession to speak to him about our project and his insights on the Ballarat market for the next 18 months. Matt could not have been more helpful, his guidance was very valuable and, although he wasn't getting anything out of it, he went the extra mile to help us out. Throughout our project Matt stayed in touch with us, giving us updates on the market, tips on things that would make our renovation or dual occupancy more attractive and where to best use our finance. When the development was finished and it came to selling one dwelling, we contacted Matt and asked for a proposal. He met with us a number of times and tailored his proposal to suit our needs. It was all encompassing, with Matt taking the initiative to liaise with cleaners, staging, the final stages with our builder as well as recommendations for a conveyancer. Matt then sold our house within 4 days and at a price beyond expectation. He provided good advice and always ensured that he had our best interest in mind. His no fuss attitude could not have been more valued. Having dealt with a number of real estate agents over the last 5 years, Matt certainly stood out as one of Ballarat's best.
