Recently had the pleasure of working with Matt to purchase my new home, great communication throughout, and took time out of his day between his other inspections to open up and allow me to double check measurements and things i'd missed on the first inspection. Would happily recommend to anyone looking for a real estate agent in the area.
Matt and the team at Addison Real Estate were absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, professional and friendly right from first contact to picking up keys to our new property. No question was unanswered and no request was unmet, highly recommend.

A pleasant person to deal with. A person who keeps you informed.
Matthew and the team at Addison real estate have been managing our property since day one they have gone out of their way to keep us updated on all matters relating to the property which has been a relief to us as we live in a small town in Queensland and relied on them to attend to all matters concerning the property from house inspections to repairs etc they achieved this and more while keeping us updated at all times so when we decided to sell we went with Matthew and the team as we knew we would be well taken care of and we were more then happy with the help we received and the price Matthew sold our property for so a big Thank You to all involved.

Matthew had a good understanding of the market and set a realistic sale price. He was able to secure the price we wanted and in a reasonably short period. Good job.
Matt did a quick and efficient job selling our rental property. He recommended a solicitor and everything went though with the sale pretty quickly. We achieved the asking price
