Matthew and the team consistently presented themselves as Professional, interested and responsive Agents who achieved a pleasing result quickly and especially, shortly after their appointment, in consideration of the challenges that Melbourne's second lock-down posed. Constant communication and advice were welcome and we never felt out of touch with what was going on. In a short period of time, photographs, marketing essentials and online presence were established and almost 30 parties had come to view the property; 3 parties viewed twice. The offer received was on target within the selling range that had been recommended to us and subsequent negotiations achieved a suitable increase upon that. Following an agreed Inspection report, Matthew and Justin quickly and proactively organised for a qualified Contractor to assist us with some remedial works to ensure that our sale became unconditional keeping all parties satisfied - this I regard as having been beyond what would normally would have been expected of your selling Agent but proves their commitment to both us as Sellers and to the Purchasers.
