We were always kept informed on any Open House attendance numbers and possible perspective buyers which were quite few in numbers. We received updates every weekend and well after normal working hours, and any return phone calls were promptly answered by either Matthew directly or office staff. Even though the current market is quite slow and depressed, and we were informed that there were around twice the amount of houses on the market, and only the number of buyers compared to same time last year, we had to revise our selling price a number of times but we still achieved a good sale and the overall experience has been a positive one.
