Brilliant stategic planning and professionalism

Matt and Ellouise were exemplary in managing the sale of the property. From the beginning there was an air of knowledge and professionalism which was evident in the strategic planning for the sale which I believe was the key to the sale process we received. We had a number of meetings with them and through Matt's leadership we developed a plan with which we were happy. The process from then on was seamless and was managed professionally with regular communications. We are very happy with the way the whole process was conducted and the result we received from the sale. Matt and Ellouise are to be commended.
