Matthew helped the reviewer buy this property

Genuine, hard-working, gets things done. You won't find a better agent

As a buyer who spent three months searching for the right property, I met a lot of agents. Matt's frankness and integrity instantly set him apart from the rest, and once he'd earned our trust, he never let us down. He set reasonable expectations, worked with both sides to find an agreeable price, and always followed through with everything he promised With the vendor's solicitor seeming determined to make settlement as drawn out and complicated as possible, Matt's calm, skilled and professional guidance was all the more valuable - both to us and the vendor We will certainly reach out to him if we plan on selling Very impressive!
