First time buyer

My partner and I were first time buyers, in a really hard market and close to breaking point on being priced out where we wanted to buy. A lot of our stress came from attending home opens, where real estate agents would allude to higher offers than what had been received, or tell us we couldn’t afford the property, when it would sell for less than we would pay for it. When we contacted the team at Callaghan Property, Abbey, Matt and the whole team where nothing but exceptional to deal with. Nothing we requested was too much including viewing the property 12 hours before it went to auction, informing us of interest in the property to date, to reviewing our offer and liaising with the owner and signing contracts 3 hours before the property was supposed to be auctioned. We can’t thank the team enough for all their hard work with helping us find a property. I would definitely recommend the team if you’re looking to buy, or too sell!
