Thank you Matt and your team..This was a very hard time because this sale was because of a divorce settlement. Matt you and your team handled our situation with total understanding and great care for both of us ..I was very concerned that maybe a agent could take advantage of our situation. At all times you keeped us up to date and your advice was straight no BS. Please if your selling your home ,you don't want the BS and want someone who has a plan to sell your home.
