His skill and knowledge regarding the market are excellent but the sale price turned out not what we expected. Especially the settlement date is far from what we expect. Anyway, we have gained some good experiences and distress during selling period for the first time. I’m sure Matthew did as well but several times for him I guess. Had my property on the market with another agent for 4 months with only 2 ofers that were both withdrawn. Gave the job to Mathew and his team and the property sold in 2 weeks. While his commission was a little higher than the other agent he got me more money in my pocket and got the job done.
