We can not rate Matthew highly enough, after an inspection he spoke to us to see what we were looking for and said that he had a property not being advertised that we might be interested in. We first met Matt 12mths ago when he came to do a valuation on our property. We decided to hold on to the property for 12 more mths to see what the market was doing.
