Matt from our 1st conversation was positive that he could get the price he believed our property was worth. He was the agent that gave us a $value $50k over any other agent. Our property was sold in 3 days $80k above any value that any other agent gave us, they told me I would never get that price. Without doubt he was the best real estate I had ever worked with.
