I had difficulties selling my property with another agent for nearly 6 months so I decided to move agents to Matthew (United Agents). From day one he was open, honest on sale expectations. Even though the house had been on the market prior with another agent Matthew ensured we had a large amount of buyers come through on every open house. Within 5 weeks he had sold my property. I had made contact with Matthew 12 months prior to sell this home, however decided to sit back and wait to see what the market would be like in another 12 months. I contacted Matthew 12 months later and had the house on the market late Thursday evening and sold the next day with home open cancelled. Professional service, nothing was every too much trouble. Not sure about other people but I am one of those who is extra cautious, don't like to be taken for a ride, don't like lies, appreciate honest opinion and being upfront. These were my pre-requisites for an agent. I interviewed Matthew twice and spoke to him several times over the phone before engaging him (ahead of couple other agents) to sell my property. Matthew is a very professional gentleman with pleasant mannerism and good nature. His attention to detail is second to none and his knowledge of the area, the market and the buyers is superb. He took out all the "guess works" from the equation and very simply laid out the "plan of attack" for selling our property. Matthew is one of those rare breeds who will go that extra mile for you even though (by right) he doesn't have to. He made sure that we always got the right information at the right time and helped us make the right decision. We took all his advise and did what he proposed and am pleased to say that it paid out fully because we got what we wanted for the house. I mean, the house went on the market on a Monday and we signed the sale/purchase contract on the Saturday -- within 6 days !!! How good is that !! I could go on writing pages and pages about Matthew but will stop here (wife's asking me to help her in the kitchen). Simply put - Matthew is a superb person.
