We found Matthew and his team Kristal and Jukka very personable and enthusiastic about selling our property. In the beginning Matthew made the process clear to us and kept us informed of the stage of the process in which we were engaged. We were impressed with the sophistication of the campaign and the reach of the marketing. Some aspects of the campaign were a little difficult to understand. There were a large number of people who appeared to show interest in the property but the number who came to view the property was relatively small. The number who attended the auction to bid was very small. We are not sure what could have been done to improve on this response and so we are simply making this observation.
