We can't thank Matt & the McGrath team enough for both their professionalism & support. Assistance was always forthcoming- before or after hours. The team's comprehensive industry experience was evident from the beginning. All transactions were dealt with thoroughly & swiftly. Often lost amidst the business transactions is the vendor's reason for selling. Matt & the team NEVER forgot that reason. Their empathy throughout was much appreciated.
