We first had contact with Matt some 7 years ago when he first came to value our property. Since then Matt had kept in contact via the odd letter to touch base, but he was never pushy. Late last year we got Matt to again value our property, his valuation was spot on , all be it at a higher price than what we thought our house was worth, which was a nice surprise. Matt’s valuation was the exact amount we sold it for too . Matt is a great communicator and he explained the process of selling our house very well, he is also technically savvy, so a video, beautiful photos and the Internet were used to our advantage . We were happy to put our property on the market with Matt and PRD and sold it after 4 inspections.
