Matthew was very easy to deal with and always answered his phone when I called, or called straight back if I had to leave a message. The only thing (and this may not be Matthew's fault) is that although the property was under contract at the end of last year, the estate agent's sign with the "Under Contract" sticker is still out the front of the property almost 3 months after the sale was completed.
