Matt's knowledge of the market was exceptional..giving us clear advise of what is happening, always listening to us and understanding our needs. Matt's a great communicator. being totally honest with us and a pleasure to deal with. Matt was so positive and encouraging when people gave their opinion of our house. some not positive but he always said he'd find that one person who would love our house and he did with a price we hoped for.
