Matt and his team at Richard Matthews Real Estate were second to none in the way that they managed the marketing campaign and auction of our late parents’ home. From the very start of the process, they were open and honest in setting realistic expectations, strategy and communications, whilst being empathetic in the fact that we were selling a property that had been in the family for over 70 years. Throughout the marketing campaign Matt and Vernon were in constant communication with updates on the open houses and how the mood was and interest from prospective buyers.
