Matt's selling point was he is all for seller and we will hear from him every step of the way. He was definitely not for the seller and supported the buyer because he managed to get the sale of thier house too. Very disappointed. Didn't hear from him again after the contract was signed. There was no communication from real estate about dropping off keys for settlement, we just had to take it upon ourselves. Disappointed.
