Matthew was fantastic throughout the whole selling process from recommending trades, staging and styling. He was always immediately responsive which any queries we had and kept us up to date on a weekly basis and more frequently if needed. I would highly recommend Matthew to anyone intending to sell their house. He got us a great price in a very difficult market.

I will choose belle when selling my property next time.
Matt was exceptional throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond. He was professional, friendly and genuine. I could not have asked for a better agent to sell my home.
Matt was a great help and kept us at ease. He updated us as things progressed.
We found Matt Formosa to be very helpful and friendly, very easy to understand, and very easy to contact. Matt explained everything to us clearly and kept us informed about what was happening. We are seniors and quite ignorant about the process so we appreciated how patient Matt was with us, and how approachable he was when we needed help. We are very happy with the outcome of the sale and appreciate how hard Matt worked to achieve this.
Very patient, honest, professional and polite courteous agent I have ever met. If I have to buy or sell another property in future, Matthew will definite be my agent.
Matt was very helpful with all aspects of the selling process and was in constant contact giving timely updates through out the process.
We recently purchased a property from Matt at Bell Property. He is very easy to work with and is a great communicator. He is polite, respectful, and knowledgeable; able to answer all my questions. He is genuine in wanting to find homes for buyers, whilst also protecting the interests of his vendors. There are some questionable agents out there, but Matt is definitely not one of them. We are very happy with the service provided to us, and with our new home. Thanks Matt!
Matt worked hard for this sale. He communicated in a timely fashion & I would recommend him if you were buying or selling.
